The total registered share capital of the company is 3,367,020,000 shares, including 2,660,000,000 A shares, accounting for 79.002% of the total share capital, and 707,020,000 H shares, accounting for 20.998% of the total share capital.

The development of property is in line with the principle of being based in Beijing and expanding outside Beijing. In recent years, it has continued to promote regional further development new city expansion, and gradually formed a multi-regional and multi-level nationwide large-scale development pattern, including diversified property development and sale of residences, apartments, villas, office buildings, and commercial buildings. The development projects cover key cities in 15 hotspot areas including North China, Central China, East China, and Southwest China. The properties held and operated by the company include exhibitions, hotels, office buildings, apartments, etc., with an area of more than 1.27 million square meters, of which 1.2 million square meters are located in the core area of Beijing Ya'ao. The main businesses include: the China National Convention Center, Beijing International Convention Center, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, V-Continent Beijing Parkview Wuzhou Hotel, V-Continent Wuzhou Hotel Beijing, CNCC Grand Hotel, North Star Huibin Plaza, North Star Huixin Plaza, North Star Times Tower, North Star Century Center, North Star Huiyuan Prime Hotel, etc. The project outside Beijing is Changsha InterContinental Hotel.

CNCC Invested and owned by the Beijing North Star Company Limited, is completed in July 2008, and opened officially in November 2009. The total land area is about 12.22 hectares, and the floor space is about 530,000 sqm. Among them, the main building area of the conference center covers an area of 270,000 sqm, which is the largest single building in all Olympic construction projects. The supporting facilities is about 260,000 sqm, including 2 grand hotels, 2 office buildings and commercial buildings.
The CNCC Grand Hotel is a supporting hotel of the China National Convention Center (CNCC). It is next to the CNCC and only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is close to the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube) and the National Indoor Stadium, within walking distance. The transportation here is convenient. It is 26 kilometers away from the Capital Airport, only 30 minutes by car, and 8 kilometers away from the Tian’anmen Square. The transportation here brings more convenience to go to downtown areas, the Summer Palace, the Old Summer Palace, Ming Tombs. Metro Lines 8, Line 15 and several bus lines have set stations at the CNCC, connecting the airport, railway station and other parts of the capital.
