With standardized service as its support, CNCC taking conventions and exhibitions as its core to serve customers with one-stop services integrating of eating, housing, transportation, traveling, shopping, and entertainment. Focusing on standardized service construction since the very beginning, CNCC has formed completed system that effectively enhanced its service capacity and comprehensive competitiveness. With progressively study and rectify, 416 enterprise service standards have been determined, covering services related to security and emergency response, information, convention, exhibition, catering and so on. It has become the first convention and exhibition venue that been carried out service standards.
In 2012, the first China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held in CNCC, attracting visitors form all around the world. In 2014, the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC 2014) was host by China in CNCC, which was another big national event after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and was regarded as a turning point of CNCC to be a world-level convention center. The stable, effective and standard services of CNCC, such as “Beijing Speed” showed on the CIFTIS and “Chinese Service” on the APEC 2014, Made CNCC greatly meet the demands of its customers and win good reputation from both customers and visitors. In 2019, CNCC successfully provided services for the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations, the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing China in 21 days, which was unprecedented in China.
