Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Family Hotel (OFH) and Paralympic Family Hotel (PFH) operation teams sent a letter of appreciation to thank Beijing North Star Company for its high standard, high quality, and high-level preparatory work and service during the Olympics and Paralympics, as well as its great contribution to simple, safe, and wonderful Games.
OFH and PFH are the headquarters of the International
Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) during
the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and coordination centers and
platforms for information sharing between China and abroad during the Games. As
important service providers of OFH and PFH, InterContinental Beijing Beichen,
V-Continent Beijing Parkview Wuzhou Hotel, Beijing Continental Grand Hotel,
China National Convention Center (CNCC) and CNCC Grand Hotel, and North Star
Yayuncun Hotel, which had signed the contract with IOC and IPC have become the
facilities “served for both Summer and Winter Olympics”.
Beijing North Star Company attached great importance to the service and support work of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics. By establishing a special task force for Beijing 2022, key staff were selected and dispatched to OFH and PFH to support the work of the OFH and PFH operational teams. The management team of each hotel gave full play to the professional service and used experience accumulated over the years, made efforts in the aspects of both facilities and environment improvement and software service quality enhancement, aimed at “people-centered facilities and affectionate service”, and added glory to the Winter Olympics and Paralympics with the “Beijing Service”.
